If you have a broadband connection, clicking the file link you want from the table above will open and play the recording immediately with whichever program you have designated to open mp3 files (QuickTime, Windows Media Player, etc). But you will prefer to download the file to your own computer. On many computers that's done by right-clicking the link and then "save as" or "save target as" and choosing where to save it on your own computer. Once it's downloaded to your own computer, you can open it with the player of your choice, burn it to disc, load it in your iPod, copy and paste the link into an e-mail, or whatever you please. Please notify Paul when you have downloaded the file you need so he may delete it from the server. He will restore deleted files upon request.

"Refresh" your page each time you load it to get the latest version.

Further tools: here Paul will list other useful resources pertinent to your project, e.g. IPA charts; Longman Pronouncing Dictionary; IDEA.

If you don't have an mp3 player on your computer, you may download any number of free ones: I believe MusicMatch Jukebox still has a free version.

Homework/Notes:

Here Paul will record useful notes and suggestions for practice activities.
